Bays, Deaver, Lung, Rose & Holma is pleased that Craig P. Wagnild has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel as of May 2004. Mr. Wagnild will be concentrating his practice in real estate acquisitions, development and construction, commercial leasing, and business formations and transactions.

I am honored and excited to return to Bays, Deaver, Lung, Rose Baba and look forward to continuing the firm's long-standing tradition of providing exemplary legal service and representation to efficiently and effectively solve its client's problems. I believe that my background and experience in litigation has uniquely prepared me to assist clients in addressing both legal and business issues before problems develop, helping them to smoothly reach their goals. The joy of this job is in seeing my clients succeed and I am dedicated to energetically pursuing that objective.

Mr. Wagnild is Chair of the HSBA International Law section, and a Professor of Japanese Law at the University of Hawaii, School of Business. Mr. Wagnild is fluent in written and spoken Japanese and will continue to use those skills in assisting clients with international and transnational matters.
