Commercial litigation: represents clients in connection with complex civil litigation disputes centering on breach of contract, business torts, and other commercial matters in federal and state court, as well as in mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Real estate litigation: represents owners, developers, buyers, sellers, REITS, and their agents in disputes regarding property ownership, title conflicts, land use, regulatory, and zoning issues.
Construction litigation: represents suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, engineers, owners and architects in construction defects disputes.
Securities litigation and securities fraud: represents corporate, individual, and shareholder clients in class actions and other complex litigation centering on securities disputes.
RICO and consumer protection: represents clients in disputes arising under the RICO statute, as well as litigation involving violations of state consumer protection laws.
