Represents construction industry clients including developers, architects, engineers, and contractors in construction and contract disputes, including construction defect and professional negligence claims.
Real Estate Litigation: represents owners and landlords in disputes regarding property ownership, development agreements and real estate partnerships and joint ventures.
Employment law: represents employers in employment discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims.
