Litigation, arbitration/mediation and counseling in disputes involving: business transactions, real estate, condominium, construction, tort, and commercial litigation matters. Construction Law: Represents owners, contractors, engineers, architects and others involved in disputes involving design defects, negligence, contract disputes, and other litigation. Land Use: Represents developers, owners, and interested parties in state and county land use applications, development agreements, litigation, and appeals. Employment Law: Represents employers and employees involved in contract disputes, wrongful termination claims, contract negotiation, professional licensing, workers’ compensation claims, and other litigation related to workplace laws and regulations.
